Hill Stations of Kerala : Much of kerala's exotic appeal is centred in the highland area of the western ghats. Rising to an average height of 1520 m, the tropical forests of the ghats house rich flora and fauna. Not to speak of expansive, loamy plantations of tea, coffee, rubber and fragrant cardamom.
Chembra Peak : Chembra is located near the town of Meppady and is 8 km south of Kalpetta. It is part of the Wayanad hill ranges in Western Ghats, adjoining the Nilgiri Hills in Tamilnadu and Vellarimala in Kozhikode district in Kerala. Chembra Peak is accessible by foot from Meppady. District Tourism Promotion Council provides guides and trekking equipments on hire charges to tourists. Permission from the forest office in Meppady is required for trekking up to Chembra Peak.
Kottancheri Hills : The Kottancherry wildlife sanctuary is an extension of Ranipuram wildlife sanctuary. The Forests of Kottancherry is teeming with wildlife and merges with reserved forests of kasaragod.Wild elephants, wild dogs, deer, wildpigs, rare birds, butterflies are seen here. Heavy hunting of wild animals for meat reported from kerala side border of this reserve forest.
Devikulam : 7 kms from munnar, According to legend, the goddess Sita Devi of the Ramayana epic bathed in the beautiful Devikulam lake waters surrounded by lush, green hills, now named Sita Devi Lake. The lake draws tourists not only because of its sacredness but also for the curative powers of its mineral waters.

Day 01 - Arr. at Cochin Transfer Munnar

Day 02 – Munnar
After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar – covering some of the major sightseeing - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary home of Nilgiry Thar (very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geo- morphological and zoological significant & Tea Plantation & Tea Plantation. Overnight stay in Hotel, Munnar
Day 03- Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast and move to Thekkady (120 Kms / 4 Hrs). Check into Hotel at Thekkady. After refreshing go for a spice plantation Tour to see crops of cardamom cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estate (Optional) & later for boating in the Periyar lake- its centre piece of Periyar Wildlife sanctuary also Periyar Tiger reserve, man made lake of the height of 2000 ft, enjoying view the wildlife at the Periyar tiger reserve (Optional). Later return to hotel for overnight stay in hotel.
Day : 04- Thekkady to Cochin
After breakfast drive to Cochin (200 Kms and 5 Kms drive). Airport/ Railway station to board a flight / train time. Transfer you to airport/ railway station for your further destination.
